P1 (Packet One) and Qualcomm announced on June 21, 2011 that the two companies have signed an MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) for LTE TDD (Long Term Evolution Time Division Duplex) network deployment in Malaysia, according to a press release by P1. As per the MOU, the two companies will exchange non-proprietary LTE TDD information related to infrastructure supplies, device manufacturing, and network optimization tools and applications.
